Refund policy

All purchases are final. We are not able to return or refund any urns or keepsakes. We order each item individually, on a highly time-sensitive schedule, from our warehouse and ship it to the local crematory your loved one is located in. 

Therefore, we unfortunately cannot reverse any purchases once they have been ordered. This allows us to get your loved one's ashes back to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
